What it does

DMS integration is powered by DealerVault

DealerVault enhances your data security by offering a centralized place to monitor and control vendor access to your data. Set up your DealerVault account once to manage all your vendor permissions with a single login.

What you'll need:

  1. DealerVault account (The DMS integration is powered by DealerVault).
  2. Purchase 1 license per DMS and rooftop you wish to integrate.

Cost:

  • The DealerVault DMS integration fee is $50 per DMS per rooftop per month
  • DMS and 3rd party providers set the integration fees. Blabber doesn't collect additional fees for integrations.

Billing policy:

  • DealerVault charges per active license, with full payment required for the first month. Order the number of licenses you are ready to use.
  • Licenses automatically renew on the 1st of each month until canceled.
  • No refunds!

    • Data is current: Est. 1 business day
    • Data is outdated: Est. 2 to 5 business days
    Next steps:
    1. Purchase DealerVault license.
    2. Sign DealerVault authorization form
    3. Schedule DealerVault set-up call — CDK, DealerTrack, and Reynolds & Reynolds users only
    4. Blabber team submits order to DealerVault.
    5. DealerVault performs data processing quality checks.
    6. If your DMS data in DealerVault is up to date, it will appear in your Blabber account the next day and update daily.

    Next steps:

    2. Sign DealerVault authorization form
    3. Schedule DealerVault set-up call — CDK, DealerTrack, and Reynolds & Reynolds users only
    4. Blabber team submits order to DealerVault.
    5. DealerVault works with your DMS vendor to connect DMS data.
    6. Your DMS vendor starts data processing.
    7. DealerVault performs data processing quality checks.
    8. Your DMS data appears in Blabber the next day and updates daily.
