2. Import users (i.e. Team)

If you need to add or update more than 5 users, we recommend using a spreadsheet to save time. Download the CSV template with the required columns.

How it works

This legend explains the symbols used in the table below.

Field type Symbol Definition
Check mark ✓  The data can be added or updated using import.
Required column * These columns are required for a successful import:
  • If a column is missing, the import will FAIL.
  • If a column is present but the field is blank, the row will be SKIPPED.
  • If a field is read-only, the row will be UPDATED, but that field will be SKIPPED.
Map fields 🔗 This data is used to match imported data with existing data in Blabber.
  • If this data is missing, the system cannot determine where to place the information or how to calculate the referrer’s commission, and the record will be SKIPPED.

The following table is a guide for preparing your CSV file to import data into Blabber. It shows what data can be added or updated, which columns are required, and how fields will be mapped during the import process.

Set permissions after import: Imported users are automatically given "referral recipient" permissions by default. To change or add permissions, you can edit each user individually by clicking on their name. For bulk changes, click on the checkboxes next to their names—or the checkbox at the top to select all—and change permissions in bulk.
