Referrer profile

Manage individuals' access to your referral program.

Referrer account status

This section explains what each referrer's account status means.

Pending approval

This person has requested to join your referral rewards program and is awaiting your approval.

Approved

This person has been approved to join your referral rewards program, and their account has been enabled.

Rejected

This person was not approved to join the referral rewards program

Restricted

The system temporarily restricted the referrer's account based on your SPAM settings. After the 1st violation, the account is restricted for 24 hours. For the 2nd and further violations, the restriction lasts 1 week. During this time, they cannot make introductions, receive cash rewards, or add new offers.

Suspended

Based on your SPAM settings, the system automatically suspends the referrer's account after repeated SPAM violations. They can still access their account but can no longer make introductions, receive cash rewards, or add new offers.

Terminated

A user at your company has terminated the referrer's account, and their login access has been revoked.

Closed

The referrer closed their account using the mobile app, permanently losing access to it. Their PayPal account has been disconnected, and they can no longer receive payments for referrals through the Blabber platform. If they wish to join the referral program again, they will need to create a new account and request access.

Referrer pipeline

This table describes each stage and the maturity level of the referrer in your referral program.

Applicants

People requested to join your referral rewards program.

Recruited

People who have been approved to join your referral reward program.

Activated

People who referred at least 1 person.

Scaled

People who have referred 5 or more people.

Relationship type

You can create unique referral offers based on the referrers' relationships with your company:

  • Customer
  • Partner
  • Influencer
  • Employee
  • Many more - Login to your account to see all options

Note: Once a person joins your referral program, the 'Relationship type' cannot be changed. If the referral partner selects the wrong relationship type when creating an account, you can terminate that account, or they can close it through the mobile app and create a new account with the correct relationship type.

Referral recipient

These individuals are listed in your company's referral mobile app. The referrer can choose one of these individuals to receive referral leads (i.e., warm business introductions).

Sponsor

A sponsor is a referrer who recruits others to join the company referral program using their invitation code. The referrer becomes a Sponsor and earns Royalties (i.e., a percentage of the new referrer's earnings over a set period of time).
