Test leads & training

The "Test Lead" feature is designed to help train your staff to use the referral mobile app. 

Test leads will appear in your Blabber account, and you can delete them anytime to resend the introduction to the same contact.

Referrals are automatically marked as "Test lead."

Referrals are automatically flagged as 'Test lead' in the following scenarios:

  1. Introduction messages starting with 'Test' or 'Testing.'
  2. Referrer email address is the same email address as the referral or the referral recipient.
    SMS introductions sent from the same phone number as the referral or the referral recipient."
