It’s encouraged to create referral offers for different relationship types—like Employees, Customers, Partners, and Influencers—because each group can introduce you to a unique circle of high-quality leads you might not reach otherwise.
Who can be an employee referrer:
Any team member can create a referrer account in the mobile app—as long as they have not been added to your Blabber account as a user with “Referral Recipient” permissions.
“Referral Recipient” users are the people set up to receive referrals. To prevent conflicts of interest, they cannot also send referrals.
What you need to do:
- Create a referral offer for the "Employee" relationship type
- Instruct your team members to select "Employee" when creating their referrer account
- If someone selected the wrong relationship, they can CLOSE that account and create a new one with the correct relationship type.
How Blabber identifies employees:
- Their email matches a user in your Blabber account
- OR their email domain matches your location’s website domain
