How staff can participate in the referral program

Blabber is built to support both staff and non-staff referring to the company. Staff can join their company’s referral program and act as referrers, as long as they are not referring to themselves.

Staff lead

Blabber automatically identifies when a referrer is a staff member in three ways:

  1. The referrer is a user on the brand account (their phone number or email matches a Blabber user).
  2. The referrer’s email domain matches one of the location website domains.
  3. The introduction email was sent from an email address with a domain that matches one of the location website domains.
